I’m starting this project to make space to wonder. Asking questions and over thinking everything is one of my favorite past times. It’s on my top 10 ways to procrastinate! Which, if you have a list of more than 10 ways to procrastinate AND as busy a life as me, then well, that’s something to think about!
I’m also using this blog to find a space to reflect. That’s a word that wasn’t in my vocabulary a year ago but, many great mentors and conversations later, I’m craving that necessary “me space”. However, not even my best mentors or friends would willingly sign on to interact with my every thought, question, challenge, insight, funny link, or freak out moment. So instead, there’s blogging. So, if you’re reading along, enjoy the journey. That’s my prerogative these days. Wherever you are, be all there.
I’m currently a graduate student studying Urban Education Policy at Brown University. I recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies. I love country music, coffee, reading, gymnastics, sushi, and popcorn. I find immense value in stories! Welcome to my musings!
